Shipping and Returns
Coast 2 Coast Collection currently offers three types of shipping to accommodate your needs.
1.) Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via FEDX Ground. These shipments typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
2.) FEDX 3-Day Delivery
For an extra charge, we offer expedited service through FEDX 3-Day delivery. This ensures that your order will be received within three business days of orders placed before noon, Pacific Standard Time, during regular business hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will not ship until the next business day. Please contact the store at (805)845-7888 to inquire about additional charges.
3.) FEDX Next Day Air
For rush orders that need to arrive the next day, we offer UPS Next Day Air. Orders must be received before noon, Pacific Standard Time to arrive at their destination on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will not ship until the next business day. Please contact the store at (805)845-7888 to inquire about additional charges.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii
Standard Delivery is the only option available at this time for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. There will be an extra charge to ship to these States. Please contact the store at (805)845-7888 to inquire about additional charges.
APO / FPO / PO Boxes
Since most of our products require a delivery signature, we are currently unable to ship APO, FPO and PO Boxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Our website is not yet able to process international orders. To place an international order, please contact our Customer Service at 1-805-845-7888 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returned purchases for a full refund within 7 days of your order. After 7 days, returned items will result in store credit for the original purchase price. In order to receive your refund or store credit, please return any items in their original condition and packaging, with any merchandise tags included.
To return an item, simply refer to the packing slip provided with your order for return instructions and a return address label. If you are unable to locate the return instructions provided in your original shipment, please follow these steps:
- List the item(s) you are sending back and reason for the return
- Indicate if you would like a replacement item or refund

To help ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse, we encourage you to return items using a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or U.S. Mail, with delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit, and only assume responsibility for returns once signed for by our Receiving Department. Also, we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
